Benihana and Rosso will feature a delectable menu of fresh organic salmon farmed sustainably in the wild pristine waters of Glenarm Bay and Red Bay off the Antrim coast, Ireland.
Glenarm is the only Atlantic salmon farmer in the Irish Sea and the sole producer of the world's finest organic salmon whose approach to rearing salmon gives priority to the health and welfare of the fish, to the long term protection of the environment and to the delivery of an outstanding product to its customers.
Organic salmon is delicate in taste and free of artificial substances such as colouring and therefore, tends to be pale in colour compared to regular salmon. It also contains a higher level of Omega-3, which is known to contribute to a variety of health benefits such as towards heart disease, asthma and depression, to name a few.
The kitchen teams of Rosso and Benihana will prepare a menu of a la carte dishes including saffron risotto with grilled salmon, sushi, main courses such as grilled salmon steaks and Teppan dishes made with organic salmon all prepared using traditional methods.
Our special mouth-watering menu will be available daily for lunch and dinner throughout April.
